The Bass Company

LIMITED WARRANTY - The Bass Company (TBC) warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.  This warranty applies only when this product is purchased from TBC.

If during the warranty period any defects in materials or workmanship appear, The Bass Company will at its option repair or replace the product without charge to the purchaser provided that the purchaser (1) first notifies The Bass Company in writing at tbcjake@windstream.net and provides a detailed description of the problem together with a copy of the sales receipt or other proof of date of purchase as evidence of warranty coverage and (2) ships the product, freight and insurance prepaid, to The Bass Company's facility. If repairs are covered by warranty, The Bass Company will pay the return shipping charges.

The warranty does not cover (1) damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, rental, product modification or neglect, (2) damage occurring during shipment, (3) damage caused by repair or service performed by persons not authorized by The Bass Company and (4) products on which the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed.

The Bass Company's liability for any defective product is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. The Bass Company shall not be liable for damages based on inconvenience, loss of use, loss of profits, loss of savings, damage to any other equipment or other items at the site of use, or any other damages whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.

Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on (1) how long an implied warranty lasts or (2) the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or other damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
