Intonation
•  Double the measurement from inside the nut to the center of the 12th fret
•  Adjust 1st (G) string bridge saddle back to this length
•  Adjust the 2nd (D) string bridge saddle back from the 1st string by a distance equal to the 2nd string
    gauge
•  Do the same for the remaining strings
Truss Rod
• 
Capo at the first fret
•  Press the 4th string @ the last fret
•  Use .015 feeler gauge between the bottom of the string and the 8th fret
•  Adjust truss rod for this clearance
Action
• 
Adjust distance between bottom of the strings and 17th fret
•  Adjust each saddle for 6/64
•  Retune
•  Re-adjust if necessary
Pickups
•  Measure between the bottom of the 1st string and the pole piece
•  Measure between the bottom of the 4th string and pole piece
•  Rule of thumb - distance should be greater @ 4th string @ neck p/u and closest @ 1st string bridge
    pickup
•  A good starting measurement is 8/64
•  Distance is driven by the magnet strength the pickup
Final Intonation
•  Tune
•  Balance control in the middle
•  Volume and tone @ max
•  Compare 12th harmonic to fretted note
•  If sharp, adjust the saddle back
•  If flat, move the saddle forward
•  Recheck and make additional adjustments if necessary
